We began our day in a positive way with a song with a message. We listened to the song ‘Try everything’ from the movie Zootopia and talked about the words. Then through the day we talked about our different emotions and how they make us feel and talked about things we can do to make us feel better. In the afternoon we went outside to the Forest School to enjoy the outdoors and think about how we are feeling today and did some art based on our emotions.
