This week in P6 we had Danny Quigley and Ciara visit our class to explain what a triathlon is and what the 'Try-a-Tri' event consists of. On Friday 14th June, children from P6 will take part in this event and as a relay team complete a 50m swim, 2mile cycle and a 1mile run. In preparation for this event, the boys and girls have had 8 weeks training to improve their fitness and learn techniques and tricks to help them throughout the event. Good luck, you will smash it!
