Well done to our Learning Assistants, Jean and Joanne, who completed training in the dyslexia intervention 'Toe by Toe'. Those who complete the Toe by Toe training gain valuable skills to support learners with dyslexia and other reading difficulties. This program focuses on phonics-based, structured literacy techniques, equipping assistants with the knowledge to deliver individualised reading support. By completing the training, Learning Assistants are better prepared to foster reading confidence and progress, helping students improve their literacy skills in a patient, step-by-step manner.
