Our boys' football team made the short journey to St Joseph's today to participate in the annual Sean O'Kane Memorial Cup.
Our boys did us proud today, narrowly losing in the final to a last minute winner by St Therese's Lenamore. I am proud of this team. The teamwork, togetherness, skill and swimming (due to the weather 😂) were a joy to watch. This did not go unnoticed as some coaches from other schools had great admiration for Holy Child.
A huge thanks to Mr McGilloway (organiser) and the other staff/pupils from St Joseph's for a well organised and fun morning of football. The standards of these young players... Woah!
I would also like to offer a huge thanks to our parents for their continuous support this year; especially Declan and Larry.
