Primary 5 children have had a great week completing lots of activities to celebrate Children’s Mental Health Week. On Happy Heart Day we had circle time to discuss how to be a good friend and make our hearts happy. We bust some brilliant dance moves to keep our bodies happy and healthy. We finally had a great yoga session and mindfulness colouring to keep our minds happy. ❤️
