Notices for the week beginning Monday April 10th 2017

The only club running this week will be Zumba on Monday afternoon 3-4pm for the children and 6-7pm on Wednesday for adults. No other clubs on this week.

Again, on our return to school on Monday April 24th there will be very few clubs running. We are closing the hall off to get it ready for our 60th Celebration Open Day on Saturday April 29th. There are a lot of bits and pieces we want to put on display in the hall and th...is will take time. Notices re clubs etc will be posted on Sunday April 23rd.

The school will close this Thursday at lunchtime for the Easter Holidays which means: 12pm for the Nursery, 12.20 for P1-P4 and 12.25 for P5-7. We reopen on Monday April 24th.

On Thursday there will be a special assembly for attendance certificates and the Easter Raffles. We will also have our draw for children who have filled a Smartie Tube for Trocaire. Their enthusiasm for this has been overwhelming and everyone should be extremely proud of their efforts for Trocaire. We will not have a final total until after Easter but will certainly let you know then how much was raised. Thursday will be a fun day and we stress that all children should come to school that day.

Staff news
We are delighted that Mrs Cullen will be returning tomorrow and Mrs Baxter on Wednesday. Mrs Deasley will finish working in P4 on Tuesday and she will be missed. Tomorrow P4 are putting on a special Holy Week assembly at 9.05 in the hall. All family welcome to come along and see.
