The theme for National Fitness Day this year is “Your Health is your Life”. Nursery to Primary 7 had lots of lovely discussions today about how we can stay fit and healthy. We met an Olympic athlete, David Thompson. We all stopped at 10am for 10@10, completed our active mile, made our Maths lessons active, had fun at the park and we are all going to complete a National Fitness Day poster.
