We have been doing lots of work around the nursery rhyme ‘Humpty Dumpty’. Today we did an experiment to see what type of surface might have been able to save Humpty Dumpty. To do this we dropped eggs onto different surfaces to see if they would break or stay safe. Before we carried out the experiment we made predictions. The children had so much fun and got all their predictions correct.
