Primary 7 are taking part in a 12 week mindfulness workshop with Verbal Arts. Each week we listen to a story and discuss the problem that has taken place and give advice on how to help the person in the story. It creates great opportunities for discussion and to share our opinions and ideas. It promotes discussions on mental health and what we can do to help our mental health. This week we have also practiced mindfulness meditation to help connect with our body and mind #mentalheathweek
