Congratulations to six children from Holy Child who competed in the Foyle Hospice Kool Kidz Strictly Come Dancing Competition in the Everglades Hotel on Saturday May 13th. Quite simply, they were AMAZING! This was our first time taking part in this competition and we had three couples there, Sarah and Brandon (P7) and Saoirse, Eoin, Katie and Eunan (P6). They danced the night away with 17 other couples from local primary schools entertaining a huge crowd and to top it all, Katie and Eunan only went on to become the winners of the competition - Foyle Hospice Kool Kidz Strictly Come Dancing Champions 2017! We are all so, so proud. Surely a fine thing to happen in our 60th year! Well done too to all the mums and dads for bringing them along to practices every Sunday for three months.
