This week, our two nursery bears, Harry and Charlie, went on an exciting adventure outside of nursery! As part of our People Who Help Us topic, they took a special trip to Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry to visit the radiology department.
Mr. Johnson was delighted to welcome them and couldn’t wait to show them how an x-ray works. Harry and Charlie even had their own x-rays taken to check for any broken bones—thankfully, they were all in perfect shape!
When they returned to nursery, they proudly shared their x-ray pictures with all the boys and girls, showing that their little bear bones were strong and healthy.
A big thank you to Mr. Johnson for giving our nursery bears such a wonderful learning experience at the hospital!
