Thanks to the webcam of St. Eugene's Parish hall and passionate members of the Derry Diocese and Catechetical centre, P7 pupils were able to learn about the significance of the sacraments of Initiation today from the comfort of their classroom. They completed various faith-based activities, which challenged them to engage in profound self-reflection on their Catholic mission, as ''pilgrims of hope'' for the future. The children enjoyed the Holy Spirit Stretch physical activity and the artistic work alongside it. They learned the true meaning of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation. With their most important sacrament nearing, this was a terrific way for the children to realise their purpose as young Christians. Keep the Faith, P7A!
