P2 have made a start on their new theme Brrr…It’s Freezing ☃️
They started by exploring different stations within their new theme. They looked at the signs of Winter here, how we keep warm during Winter, the North and South Pole and the animals they can find there and how ice is formed. From this, they asked lots of interesting questions and thought of some fantastic experiments they want to carry out for the theme Brrr…It’s Freezing.
They have been really enjoying their play around this new theme. They have been making beautiful polar bear and penguin art, ice fishing in the Arctic, making their own compasses, building igloos and writing what they can see in the North Pole.
There are lots more exciting things for P2 to explore in this new theme ❄️
