Today welcomed a proud day for many of our female footballers from some primary schools in Derry. Sean Dolans GAA hosted a Girls Mini League which include Steelstown, St John's, St Anne's, Long Tower, Ballougry and of course Holy Child. Many girls were participating in football for the first time and it was fantastic to see the enthusiasm, determination and skill. We are hopeful of more schools becoming involved as our aim is to promote the every growing girls game in the city. Thanks to all of the girls, coaches and parents who attended. A special thanks to Sean Dolans for allowing 'soccerball' in their facilities. A club that looks out for their community 🙌.
